Just Appraised Inc. ("Just Appraised," "we," "our," or "us") values the privacy of individuals who use the Just Appraised website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 3. How We Protect Your Information

By initiating contact with us through messaging from a mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages regarding the Services we provide. Message frequency varies. Your data may only be shared with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering SMS services, and they are contractually obligated to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. California Privacy Rights
California law permits California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those third parties.
